Ideas and Inspirations, please.

I'm compiling a list of things to tell myself . . . reminders . . . whenever I start feeling anxious.
I've got it started, but thought I'd ask for contributions.
It really helps me to have truths to look to when my emotions are threatening to overwhelm me.
I'll post my final list for anyone else who might find need.
