All you've ever done

All you've ever experienced

Still is.

You carry it within you

Outside of time

Everything just is.

What is past

Lives within me

People I've loved

Live within me

Not lost.

I've spent a lot of time regretting.

Wishing for what is past

Wanting to recreate what was good

As if it's gone.

All was real. . . is real.

I carry the richness within me

It is all part of who I am today

All the gifts I've received

Love and kindness
